Working with local fitness club Remember Means Fighting we will be running an introductory self defence and striking class.
Our classes combine strength and fitness circuits, boxing, Muay Thai kickbox and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu so that you can practice a variety of Mixed Martial Arts technique, for sport and for practical self defence.
All those attending must bring appropriate clothing for the activities listed, mouthguard and a willingness to learn. All equipment will be provided but anyone wishing to bring their own gloves and wraps are more than welcome to do so.
